Full Itinerary
Pichincha Volcano is located within Quito forming one of the side of the impressive valley where the city is nestled. We will drive for fifteen minutes to the Teleférico complex and head slowly upwards on the cable car. From here you can take in spectacular views of the city from north to south before heading up on the gnetly winding trail towards the volcano’s rocky summit. Our trek will take about two hours and will reach nearly 15,500 feet ! On a clear day the summit lends itself to views of nearby volcanos such as Cotopaxi and the Illinizas
