SPECIAL NOTES
- All rates are per person and are quoted in USDollars.
- Children under 4 years old 11 month, sharing a room with their parents, will not pay accommodation.
- Children from 5 years old up to 11 years old will get a 30% discount on the hotel/package rates, sharing a room with their parents. Applicable to one child per adult sharing the same room.
- We recommend for families with children under 10 years old to take a private guide.

- Departures are available any day of the week, except Sunday.
BOOKINGS TERMS, PAYMENT AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES
BOOKINGS AND AVAILABILITY REQUESTS
- Availability must be requested by e-mail. Availability request does no represent a confirmation.
- Booking confirmation must be done by e-mail. NWC will issue a proforma invoice to confirm the reservation.
- A passenger’s personal information form should be sent with the confirmation by e-mail.
- NWC is not responsible for special requirements if the information is not clearly specified on confirmation request.
- Vouchers are not required, though agencies can provide clients a voucher with their confirmation.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- A deposit of US$ 200 per person (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking. Payment must be done 8 days after the
- Full payment is required 60 days prior our services are due to begin.
- Please notify when payment is done with your quotation number. If made with wire transfer a copy of the document is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If a cancellation occurs within 60 days to 45 days prior our services are due to begin: 50% penalty of the rack rate will be applied
- If a cancellation occurs within 44 days to 0 days prior our services are due to begin: 100% penalty of the net rate will be applied.
